We just purchased our third camper.We can’t say enough about how awesome our experience at Rex and Sons RV dealership was. We highly recommend if you are in the market for a camper please go see Rex and Sons. Our last two campers we purchased from a RV cooperation and the experience does not compare!! We are 10 year+ full timers. We were in Wilmington, NC mouchdocking in our daughter's front yard. With summer temps over 95 degrees the Dometic AC on our Airstream went out. Oh *!*&*%*&! I did all the trouble shooting I knew to do. When all my efforts failed I looked online for a local RV repair facility that was a Dometic Service Facility. Rex and Sons came up on the Google search and good reviews. I drove straight over to their shop to see if they could help. (By the way they have an almost brand new showroom and shop) . To my astonishment they said they could get me in the next morning. That is almost unheard of in the RV repair business. The service Manager Dennis (who I learned has 40 years experience) and his technician Alex got to work on my Airstream. In short order they had diagnosed and fixed the AC. They also discovered one of my breaks was not working due to a disconnected wire. I cannot say enough good things about them, the customer service and quality of work they did for me. Anytime I am in the area and need any service I will return to Rex and Sons! Thanks Dennis and Alex!

My wife and I can't say Thank You enough for the experience we had buying our first motorhome at Rex & Sons. There was no pressure sales tactics just straight forward information about the unit we were interested in. The deal was negotiated in the most friendly manner and the delivery process included an extensive orientation to the actual unit. Even as we were completing the final paperwork the techs were making some small adjustments/repairs on some very minor things. Thanks to Brett, Travis and Jonathan we left there in our new motorhome feeling great. Thanks again Rex & Sons RV......

I recently purchased my first RV from Rex & Sons, and then had some service work performed before taking it home. The experience was 100% positive! I dealt with 6 different people throughout the 2-month process and every one was honest, responsive, professional and patient with this RV newbie. They made the transaction painless with great communication and facilitated a pre-purchase inspection. I arranged for new tires and an alignment at local shops and they also helped with those. The price of their service work was fair and they completed it quickly. I strongly recommend Rex & Sons for RV purchases and service!

We purchased our first Travel Trailer from them. EXCELLENT customer service. We live 2 hours away, but it was worth the drive. We looked at many other companies but had to come back to them. It's not often all of the staff is friendly and listens. Highly recommend purchasing as well as renting from Rx and Sons.
